The conference will take place on February 17 and 18, 2024 from 1 PM to 7 PM at the SMX Convention Center, located at the Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City, Philippines. Kindly note that registration will begin at 10:30 AM, and gates will open at 11 AM on both days of the event.

Graphika Manila tickets have the potential to sell out prior to the event. It is highly recommended that interested attendees secure their tickets as soon as possible to ensure they have a spot at the event.

Both conference and student passes offer the same privileges. However, students are required to present a valid student ID for entry. To qualify for the student discount, students must be currently enrolled during the school year 2023-2024.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a QR voucher, which will serve as your ticket. On the day of the event, please bring either a printed or digital copy of the QR voucher to claim your ticket/s. 

For group purchases, it is the responsibility of the person who purchased them to distribute the QR vouchers to their team members.

Yes. The QR voucher that is sent to your email after a successful transaction serves as your ticket to the event. It is crucial to securely store the QR code and not share it on social media platforms. Please note that Graphika will not address any inquiries regarding unauthorized use of QR codes that may occur due to negligence.

Yes. Official receipts will all be issued during the event days in the registration counter. Alternatively, if you need your official receipts prior to the event, please feel free to email your request to bea@graphikamanila.com.

Yes. To avail the PWD discount, kindly send a copy of your PWD ID to bea@graphikamanila.com. Additionally, you can inquire about the details on how to avail the PWD discount by contacting the same email address.

You may generate your certificate of attendance after the event. We'll post the link after the event has ended on our website and socials.

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If a ticket buyer is unable to attend the event for any reason, the QR voucher may be used by another person.

You may generate your own Graphika Manila 2024 Certificate of Attendance by using your QR number. Link to COA generator is here.

The wristband that will be provided is valid for both days of the event and must be worn on both days. Please note that lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced. It is essential to keep the wristband on if you plan to attend Day 2 of the event. Opting to use a single wristband for both days allows for a more seamless entry.
